I would recommend Thurlby Motors Louth because I have been completely satisfied with the service I have received both when purchasing a vehicle and with the after sales support. Recently my vehicle was serviced and MOT'd at the same time, and there was an issue with the date stamp on the MOT - the Service Manager worked hard to rectify my concerns, and I am totally happy with the end result. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Thurlby, and provided they have the vehicle I want when I am due to change then I will definitely buy from them again.

I would not recommend Thurlby Motors Louth because I was charged £60.00 to hook up to an electronic reader, that cost is just too high and you know it is, we are local people looking for local service, is it any wonder we only go there when we have to, because of nissan NATS. My normal garage charges £27.50 per hour, so how you get to this is beyond me, but the guys I dealt with were super, and the prices are not down to them, £60 per hour is way too high, and I do realise you use specialist equipment, but this equipment is from nissan to enable you to diagnose the fault, I have sold my nissan, and my vauxhall, from my business, because of these prices, and now own 3 fords for my business.
Thankfully these hourly rates will not land on my desk in future.
